On 2nd and 3rd of July, 2019 the Nuclear Medicine Symposium for the first time will be held in St. Petersburg within the framework of the 7th European Conference on neutron scattering (ECNS). This event is intended to become the first platform in our country to discuss topical issues in the field of nuclear medicine development not only with the participation of scientists, but also leading domestic and foreign practicing doctors and specialists, representatives of public authorities, business community, etc.
The 7th European Conference for Neutron Scattering (ECNS 2019) will be held in St. Petersburg from the 30th of June till the 5th of July. The conference will take place in the "Manege" Central Exhibition Hall. Address: Isaac sq., 1 (Russia, St. Petersburg, 1 Isaakiyevskaya Ploshchad).
ECNS is organized once every 4 years and it is the biggest platform for the discussions on the latest events and achievements in the neutron scattering application in all scientific fields. The Nuclear Medicine Symposium is dedicated to the modern methods in nuclear physics, diagnostics and treatment technologies.
The form of the Symposium implies the plenary talks, invited and poster presentations. The chosen materials will be published in the journals: "Russian nanotechnologies" and "Crystallography". The journals are published in Russian and English languages, and are indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
We are pleased to invite you and your colleagues to take part in the Nuclear Medicine Symposium. In order to participate please submit an application with all the necessary information (full name, organization, position, telephone number) till the 7th of June.
The framework of the program includes considering such issues and topics as:
the prospects of the nuclear medicine development in the Russian Federation (territorial availability and medical service complexity);
the perspective technologies (radiation therapy, cardiology, neurology);
the radiopharmacology and radiobiology (theranostics, radiosurgery, perspective radiopharmaceuticals).
